Systems assembly

In addition to our component manufacture ((including processing and finishing capabilities), we are also able to carry out additional assembly operations to add further value to our service. This additional assembly can be carried out using parts manufactured in-house or parts procured through our robust supply chain management process.

Actuation Systems

RLC manufactures and assembles a variety of rotary and prismatic actuation components for use on electrical and hydraulic flight control actuation systems. We currently support some of the most demanding civil and military programmes in the world - often as sole supplier of this type of equipment.  The optimised setup and cycle times that we achieve on this type of work are matched by our ability to manage skilled downstream processes, further adding value for our customers.

Ejection seats

RLC currently manufacture a range of safety critical mechanical sub-assemblies for use in ejection seats. On legacy seats, RLC build these sub-assemblies into the main seat structure and provide a highly integrated assembly direct to the build line at the customer’s facilities.
