Non Destructive Testing

All NDT personnel within RLC’s group companies have undergone training and examination within their individual discipline of the relevant NDT method.

RLC Group’s NDT capability includes:-

  • Penetrant inspection (FPI)
  • Magnetic particle inspection (MPI)
  • Acid etch inspection
  • Radiographic interpretation

For material evaluation

  • Electrical conductivity testing
  • Blue-etch anodising facility

The RLC Group, through their group companies, have  successfully achieved NADCAP accreditation in the disciplines of Penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection, hardness testing and chemical processing.

Mechanical Testing

Typical testing services include

  • Rockwell hardness testing
  • Vickers micro-hardness
  • Tensile testing (at room temperature)
  • Pressure testing
  • Mettalurgical testing
